To register your purchased air conditioner, click on [My Page] in the top menu to connect to the related page.
Click on [Add Device] in [Device Information] at the bottom of the displayed screen to register your air conditioner.

Check the status of the air conditioner and its connection on the main service screen.
If all the information above is normal, contact our Customer Center.

In [Device Information] at the bottom of the displayed screen, click on the [Modify] button next to the air conditioner you want to control
and then check if the device number and mobile phone number are correctly registered.

The device number is the identification number of the communications device for the SMS control system.
You can check the device number on the label attached to the bottom right of the air conditioner body.
